Product Description
This stainless steel made Garlic Peeling Machine can remove skin of 200 kg garlic in every hour by using its pneumatic air type peeler. power requirement of this machine is 22.5 kw and it consumes 440 v voltage to function. This 1000X1000X1400 MM. Machine uses energy efficient electric heater of maximum 1 kw capacity and 22.5 kw air compressor to maintain its internal temperature. Elevator of this system is used for sending bulbs of garlic to separation and peeling sections by circulating these equally. The peeling section of this system keeps shape of de-peeled garlic bulbs intact. This Garlic Peeling Machine also has picking line where defective bulbs of garlic are manually picked to maintain standard of its end products.
